מדיניות פרטיות – תוסף "אמת – מידע ציבורי חי בישראל"

התוסף מאפשר בדיקה מהירה של נתונים ציבוריים רשמיים בישראל – טיסות בנתב"ג, אוטובוסים, רכבות, רכב לפי מספר רישוי, יישובים, מדד ומחירים, ומשרות – בלשוניות טיסה, אוטובוס, רכבת, רכב, עיר, מחיר ועבודה, ובמסך "שלי" שמרכז את מה ששמרתם. כל כרטיס מפנה לדוח המלא באתרי אמת. התוסף מופעל על ידי InstaSite.

מה נשמר אצלכם בלבד

• טיסות שאתם עוקבים אחריהן, תחנות אוטובוס ותחנות רכבת מועדפות, מספר הרכב ששמרתם, מוצרים ששמרתם בלשונית מחיר, תחומי משרות ועיר שבחרתם, שפת הממשק, הגדרות ההתראות, מיקום החלון הצף לכל אתר וגודל החלון המוצמד, ורשימת תחנות הרכבת (מטמון ליום).
• מיקום: אם לחצתם "תחנות לידי" ואישרתם בדפדפן, המיקום נשמר אצלכם ונמחק אוטומטית 15 דקות אחרי שנלקח. כשהדפדפן לא יכול לשאול על מיקום מתוך חלון התוסף, נפתח עמוד קטן של התוסף (locate.html) שמבקש מיקום רק אחרי לחיצה שלכם, ואפשר גם לחפש בו רחוב או תחנה במקום.
• כל אלה נשמרים באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן (chrome.storage.local) ואינם נשלחים אלינו כרשימה. אפשר למחוק את כולם בלחיצה אחת בהגדרות התוסף (השפה והגדרות ההתראות נשמרות), והכול נמחק גם בהסרת התוסף.

מה נשלח לשרת שלנו (emet.instasite.space)

• הבקשה עצמה: כדי לענות, התוסף שולח את מה שהקלדתם או בחרתם – מספר טיסה, מספר רישוי, מספר קו או קוד תחנה, שם תחנה, יישוב, מוצר או מילת חיפוש למשרות. החיפוש החכם בראש החלון מזהה לבד את סוג הקלט (גם שמות יישובים חלקיים, באנגלית או עם שגיאת הקלדה) לפי רשימת יישובים שמובנית בתוסף, ואז שולח בקשה רגילה ללשונית המתאימה. התוסף בודק ברקע, לפי מה שהפעלתם, את הטיסות שאתם עוקבים אחריהן, את תוקף הטסט של הרכב ששמרתם ומשרות חדשות בתחומים שבחרתם, וחלון צף פתוח מבקש עדכונים לנושא שהוא מציג.
• מיקום: רק אחרי "תחנות לידי" – קואורדינטות מעוגלות לכ-10 מטר, כדי למצוא תחנות אוטובוס או רכבת קרובות.
• מזהה התקנה אקראי: מספר אקראי שנוצר בתוסף ונשלח עם הבקשות. הוא לא קשור לשם, לאימייל או לחשבון. השרת שומר רק גיבוב (hash) עם מלח שלו, וזה משמש לספירת משתמשים פעילים, גרסאות ושפות.
• סטטיסטיקת שימוש אנונימית: אירועים כמו התקנה ועדכון, פתיחת התוסף, מעבר לשונית, חיפוש וניתוב החיפוש החכם (בלי תוכן החיפוש), הצגת תוצאה, לחיצה על קישור לאתר (שם האתר בלבד), פתיחה, גרירה, הצמדה וסגירה של חלון צף ומעבר בין חלקי החלון המוצמד (סוג הנושא בלבד), הצגה ולחיצה על התראה, הצגה ולחיצה על מוצר מומלץ, שליחת משוב ותחומי משרות שנבחרו – יחד עם גרסת התוסף ושפת הממשק. בנוסף, כל עוד התוסף או חלון צף פתוחים, נשלח לכל היותר פעם ב-5 דקות סימן אנונימי „עדיין פתוח” (הלשונית הפתוחה וסוגי החלונות הפתוחים בלבד), כדי לספור כמה משתמשים פעילים עכשיו. הספירות נשמרות כמונים לפי יום ולפי שעה; מונים לפי שעה נמחקים אחרי 8 ימים. לא נשלחים מספרי טיסה, מספרי רכב, מיקום או כתובות דפים.
• יומני שרת: כמו כל שרת אינטרנט, השרת שומר יומן גישה טכני (כתובת IP, שעה, דפדפן והכתובת שהתבקשה – שיכולה לכלול את מילת החיפוש, מספר הרכב או הקואורדינטות המעוגלות) לצורכי אבטחה ותקלות. היומן נמחק אוטומטית אחרי כשבועיים. בקשות הסטטיסטיקה אינן נרשמות ביומן.
• הסרת התוסף: בהסרה נפתח עמוד "חבל שעזבת" שמתעד את ההסרה (לפי הגיבוב של המזהה האקראי) ומאפשר, אם תרצו, לבחור סיבה בלחיצה אחת. לא נאספים פרטים אישיים.

💬 הצעה לשיפור

אם שלחתם הודעה בטופס "הצעה לשיפור" – הטקסט, סוג ההודעה, הלשונית, גרסת התוסף והשפה, וגם המייל אם בחרתם לכתוב אותו, נשמרים בשרת ונשלחים במייל למפעיל התוסף. הם משמשים רק כדי לענות לכם ולשפר את התוסף, ולא לפרסום. כתובת ה-IP לא נשמרת עם ההודעה (רק גיבוב יומי לצורך הגבלה של 5 הודעות ביום).

חלונות צפים והחלון המוצמד

• לכל נושא (טיסה, אוטובוס, רכבת, רכב, עבודה, עיר, מחיר) אפשר לפתוח חלון צף קטן. הוא מוזרק רק ללשונית שבה לחצתם, ברגע הלחיצה (הרשאות activeTab ו-scripting), בתוך רכיב מבודד, ונעלם במעבר עמוד.
• אם Chrome לא מאפשר את ההזרקה בלחיצה הזו, התוסף מבקש מכם – רק אז, ורק לאתר הנוכחי – הרשאה לאתר (הרשאה אופציונלית). אפשר לסרב, ואפשר לבטל אותה בכל עת בהגדרות התוסף ב-Chrome.
• "📌 הצמד" מעביר את החלון לחלון קטן שנשאר מעל כל הטאבים (Document Picture-in-Picture). כל נושא שמצמידים מצטרף לאותו חלון מוצמד, עם לשוניות קטנות למעבר ביניהם. החלון נסגר כשסוגרים את הלשונית שבה נפתח.
• התוסף לא קורא את תוכן הדפים שבהם החלון מוצג.

התראות

רק אם הפעלתם: שינוי בטיסה שאתם עוקבים אחריה (ביטול, עיכוב, המראה או נחיתה), תזכורת 30 ו-7 ימים לפני הטסט של הרכב ששמרתם, ומשרות חדשות בתחומים שבחרתם. אפשר לכבות כל סוג בהגדרות.

מוצרים מומלצים (מודעות)

התוסף מציג מוצרים מ-InstaShop, מסומנים "מודעה": כרטיס אחד מתחת לתוצאה בחלון התוסף, ושקופית אחת בפס המתחלף של החלון הצף, רק כשאין עדכון חדש בנתונים. המוצר נבחר לפי הלשונית (למשל אביזרי נסיעה בלשונית טיסה), לא לפי מה שחיפשתם או גלשתם. לחיצה פותחת את עמוד המוצר בלשונית חדשה דרך קישור מעקב של InstaShop, שמוביל לקישור שותפים (affiliate) של AliExpress – אם תקנו, InstaSite עשויה לקבל עמלה. תמונת המוצר נטענת משרת התמונות של AliExpress, ולכן השרת הזה רואה את כתובת ה-IP שלכם כמו בכל טעינת תמונה.

מה התוסף לא עושה

• לא קורא את תוכן הדפים שאתם גולשים בהם ולא את היסטוריית הגלישה.
• לא מוכר מידע, לא משתמש בעוגיות, לא משנה קישורים בדפים ולא מריץ קוד מרוחק – כל הקוד ארוז בתוסף, והשרת מחזיר נתונים בלבד.

Privacy policy – "Emet – Live Public Data in Israel"

The extension gives a quick look at official public data in Israel – Ben Gurion flights, buses, trains, vehicles by plate, localities, CPI and prices, and jobs – in the Flight, Bus, Train, Car, City, Price and Jobs tabs, plus a "Mine" home view with what you saved. Every card links to the full report on the Emet websites. It is operated by InstaSite.

Stored on your device only

• Followed flights, favorite bus stops and train stations, the car plate you saved, products you saved in the Price tab, job fields and city you picked, interface language, notification settings, the floating-window position per site and the size of the pinned window, and the list of train stations (a one-day cache).
• Location: if you tap "Stops near me" and allow it in the browser, the position is kept on your device and deleted automatically 15 minutes after it was taken. When the browser cannot ask for location from the extension popup, a small extension page (locate.html) opens; it asks for location only after you click, and you can type a street or stop there instead.
• All of this lives in the browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) and is not uploaded to us as a list. You can delete it with one click in the extension settings (language and notification settings are kept); everything is removed when you uninstall.

Sent to our server (emet.instasite.space)

• Your request: to answer, the extension sends what you typed or picked – a flight number, plate number, bus line or stop code, station name, locality, product or job search term. The smart search at the top detects the kind of input by itself (including partial, English or slightly misspelled locality names, using a locality list built into the extension) and then sends a normal request for the matching tab. In the background, as you enabled them, the extension checks your followed flights, your saved car's test date and new jobs in your fields, and an open floating window requests updates for the topic it shows.
• Location: only after "Stops near me" – coordinates rounded to about 10 m, to find nearby bus stops or train stations.
• Random install ID: a random number created by the extension and sent with requests. It is not linked to your name, email or any account. The server keeps only a salted hash of it, used to count active users, versions and languages.
• Anonymous usage statistics: events such as install and update, opening the extension, switching tabs, searching and smart-search routing (without the search text), showing a result, clicking a link to a site (site name only), opening, dragging, pinning and closing a floating window and switching sections of the pinned window (topic type only), showing and clicking a notification, showing and clicking a recommended product, sending feedback and the job fields chosen – plus the extension version and interface language. In addition, while the extension popup or a floating window is open, an anonymous “still open” signal is sent at most once every 5 minutes (only the open tab and the types of open windows), to count how many people are active right now. Counts are kept as per-day and per-hour totals; per-hour totals are deleted after 8 days. Flight numbers, plates, location and page addresses are not sent here.
• Server logs: like any web server, ours keeps a technical access log (IP address, time, browser and the requested address – which can include the search term, the plate or the rounded coordinates) for security and troubleshooting. It is deleted automatically after about two weeks. Statistics requests are not written to this log.
• Uninstall: on uninstall a "Sorry to see you go" page opens; it records the removal (by the hash of the random ID) and lets you pick a reason with one click if you want. No personal details are collected.

💬 Suggest an improvement

If you send a message through the "Suggest an improvement" form, the text, message type, tab, extension version and language – and your email if you chose to enter it – are stored on our server and emailed to the extension's operator. They are used only to answer you and improve the extension, never for marketing. Your IP address is not stored with the message (only a daily hash for the 5-messages-a-day limit).

Floating windows and the pinned window

• Every topic (flight, bus, train, car, jobs, city, price) can open a small floating window. It is injected only into the tab where you clicked, at the moment of the click (activeTab and scripting permissions), inside an isolated component, and disappears when the page changes.
• If Chrome does not allow the injection on that click, the extension asks you – only then, and only for the current site – for a site permission (an optional permission). You can refuse, and you can revoke it at any time in Chrome's extension settings.
• "📌 Pin" moves the window into a small window that stays on top of all tabs (Document Picture-in-Picture). Every topic you pin joins the same pinned window, with small tabs to switch between them. It closes when the tab it was opened from is closed.
• The extension does not read the content of the pages where the window is shown.

Notifications

Only if you turned them on: a change in a flight you follow (cancellation, delay, departure or landing), a reminder 30 and 7 days before your saved car's test, and new jobs in the fields you picked. Each type can be turned off in Settings.

Recommended products (ads)

The extension shows products from InstaShop, labeled "Ad": one card below a result in the popup, and one slide in the floating window's rotating strip, only while there is no new data update. The product is chosen by tab (for example travel accessories in the Flight tab), not by what you searched or browsed. Clicking opens the product page in a new tab through an InstaShop tracking link that leads to an AliExpress affiliate link – if you buy, InstaSite may earn a commission. Product images load from AliExpress's image server, which therefore sees your IP address as with any image load.

What the extension does not do

• It does not read the pages you browse or your browsing history.
• It does not sell data, set cookies, rewrite links on pages or run remote code – all code is packaged in the extension and the server returns data only.

Data sources

Israel Airports Authority, Ministry of Transport (data.gov.il, GTFS and SIRI via the Public Knowledge Workshop's Open Bus), Central Bureau of Statistics, Israel Police, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and the companies that publish jobs. The extension is not a government service and is not affiliated with these bodies.
